The Professional GBS® Certification program provides comprehensive training on the critical skills and latest methodologies needed to excel in Global Business Services (GBS) roles. 

With GBS rapidly evolving yet still lacking standardization, many organizations fail to implement effective GBS models. However, a proven framework for success exists, as evidenced by leaders like Procter & Gamble, where the term GBS originated in the early 2000s. 

The Professional GBS® curriculum encapsulates the key learnings from these GBS pioneers across five training modules: Foundations, Service Management, Operations Management, Transformation and Leadership.

Onsite at SSOW 2024, attendees have the opportunity to earn a module certification in Operations Management, and they may continue their certification online to obtain their Professional GBS® Master Certification.

Operations Management covers a range of knowledge areas that result in the creation and management of efficient processes to deliver an organization's product of service, including: planning, control and continuous process improvement.
