Jacki Morisi

Jacki Morisi is a workplace experience and real estate operations leader with more than a decade of experience creating spaces and programs that connect people, purpose, and performance. Most recently, she led Workplace Experience for Match Group, supporting brands including Tinder, Hinge, and OkCupid, and overseeing a multi-site portfolio of more than 350,000 square feet. She directed large-scale design and construction initiatives, return-to-office strategies, and employee experience programs across North America and Europe. Her approach blends operational excellence with empathy, using data, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to measure impact beyond traditional metrics. Previously, Jacki built and scaled the Real Estate and Workplace function at Formlabs, drawing on an early career in hospitality and events that continues to shape her people-first philosophy. She is passionate about building workplaces that balance human experience with business performance, and that evolve intentionally alongside how people and organizations work.
