Steven Catalano brings over two decades of culinary and hospitality experience to his role as Senior Staff Culinary Operations Manager at Zoox. Before Zoox, Steven was first a chef in world-class, Michelin-starred kitchens like Manresa and Charlie Trotter's, before transitioning to corporate kitchens and leading the dining program at LinkedIn. Today, he's focused on building thoughtful, scalable systems that can evolve with an organization while maintaining a consistent and exceptional hospitality experience - most notably scaling Zoox's culinary operations from two sites to more than 20 globally. He approaches his work with a chef's eye for detail, a commitment to team culture, and a passion for partnering across functions to translate business needs into environments and experiences that support both people and organizational growth.
