As an Economics graduate, I find it interesting when we have examples of the creation of jobs in local environments as part of an offshore outsource agreement. Recently there are more and more examples of this in the Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) space, with companies with a large Indian presence employing young American professionals with legal skills.
