Peter Yilmaz is a truly global executive and certified executive coach, having lived and worked across Australia, the United States, The Netherlands, and Türkiye.

Often described as being “local and global at the same time,” Peter naturally blends languages, cultures, and perspectives in his leadership and coaching approach.

An accomplished Finance Executive with over 25 years of international experience, Peter has led teams and transformations across continents from his native Australia in the east to the United States in the west, and multiple geographies in between.

He specializes in value creation acting as a change agent who drives restructuring, builds “burning platforms,” and helps organizations navigate the behavioural and leadership challenges that accompany transformation.

For the past two decades, Peter has worked in the pharmaceutical industry, where he currently serves as CFO and Vice President of Finance at Charles River Laboratories. Charles River is a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO) that provides critical research and development services including drug discovery and safety testing to help pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies bring new medicines to market.

Peter holds a degree in Financial Risk Management and a Master’s in Business Administration with a major in International Expansion. He is also a qualified Executive Coach, via the British School of Coaching in Manchester , United Kingdom.
