Please be aware that these third parties are not authorised by, and have no relationship with, IQPC or the event. IQPC has reason to believe that offers made by these third parties may be fraudulent.
Delegate Lists
IQPC provides conference lists to sponsors and exhibitors in accordance with the terms of their contracts and as part of the sponsorship investment fee.
Any third party requesting an additional fee for such lists is not authorised, does not have access to the official conference list, and is likely selling fraudulent or inaccurate information.
Hotel Reservations
IQPC negotiates special rates for attendees at the official event venue. Sponsors and exhibitors should only book through the official link provided by the IQPC event team.
IQPC is not working with any third-party hotel booking companies, and any reservations made through them will not receive the negotiated group rates.
What To Do If You Are Contacted
If you are contacted by a suspected third-party scam, please notify IQPC promptly and do not share payment details, personal information or booking requirements with the company.
