We’ll also explore the human side of enablement: What new skills do your teams need? Where are the biggest risks? And how do you make sure AI aligns with policy, compliance, and employee trust? Leave with a practical AI-readiness checklist and a starter blueprint you can take back to your team.

1:30 pm - 3:00 pm Real Use Cases: What (If Anything) Is Agentic AI Doing in HRSS Right Now?

This session brings the conversation down to ground level. We’ll examine early examples and exploratory pilots of agentic AI in HR Shared Services—alongside stronger, more mature use cases of traditional and generative AI already in flight. 

 What We’ll Cover: 

  • Sample use cases across knowledge management, Tier 0 triage, onboarding, employee support, and service ticket resolution 
  • Examples of agentic behavior: what it means for AI to “act,” not just “respond” 
  • What’s working (and what’s not) in pilot programs 
  • Where AI has already delivered real ROI in HRSS functions
