Halima Muhammad is a transformational People Operations executive with more than 15 years of experience leading global HR service delivery, shared services, and enterprise people transformation initiatives across complex, fast-paced organizations. As Director of People Operations – Employee Services at Risepoint, Halima oversees multi-country HR service delivery across the U.S., UK, and Australia. She leads HRIS optimization, case management strategy, immigration programs, compliance operations, and service-center transformation while driving operational excellence and measurable improvements in employee experience. Her work includes modernizing shared services models, implementing scalable knowledge management systems, and leveraging data analytics to improve SLA performance, stakeholder satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness. Previously, Halima held senior HR leadership roles at Bambee HR, Netflix Animation, AT&T, and DirecTV, where she built high-performing teams, led workforce transformations, strengthened labor and employee relations strategies, and implemented enterprise HR technologies including Workday and Salesforce. In addition to her corporate leadership role, Halima is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Lumina HR Services, where she partners with small and mid-sized organizations to build compliant, scalable HR infrastructures and modern people operations frameworks. A collaborative and people-centered leader, Halima is passionate about building shared services functions that don’t just operate efficiently—but actively enable business growth and employee engagement.
