Tim Westendorf is Senior Vice President, Shared Services Strategy & Operations within Worldwide Finance at MasterCard. In this role, he is responsible for leading MasterCard’s global finance and accounting shared services operations and overall implementation and expansion activities. Tim is also responsible for leading MasterCard’s global enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems inclusive of applications support, application roadmap and strategy, product management, governance, and implementation services.
Mr. Westendorf has over 20 years of experience in business operations management, process transformation, enterprise-wide systems deployments, applications support, and large-scale strategic program and project management. Tim joined MasterCard in 2001 where he was responsible for the delivery of a single, global instance and rollout of MasterCard’s core accounting, procurement, consolidation, and management reporting systems.
Prior to joining MasterCard, Tim was a Principal Consultant in the Management Consulting Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). At PwC, he lead various business development efforts and supported several multi-national companies in undertaking organizational and process transformation initiatives coupled with large-scale system implementations. Prior to joining PwC, Tim was a Senior Consultant with the Oracle Corporation working within the Financial Consulting Services practice. Tim started his career with United Parcel Service working in the International Finance & Accounting Systems group.
