Bosch is turning its long tradition of technical training into a powerful driver of digital transformation and social impact. Launched in partnership with SENAI, the Digital Talent Academy (DTA) has scaled rapidly from a 17-student pilot to more than 400 apprentices, preparing young people with 3,200 hours of intensive education in programming, AI, data analysis, and automation. With a 95% retention rate and a strong focus on diversity, the program is building a high-performing digital workforce while creating opportunities for underrepresented groups.
