Gustavo Loesch is the Head of Shared Services Center at PMBCS, which is one of the biggest Marist provinces in the world. He was invited to create this structure from scratch, navigating and mapping business areas, human resources, processes and management achieving in 2021 and 2022 a customer satisfaction level of 96 and 98%, respectively. Before accepting this project, Gustavo served as an Administrative and Financial Manager at the Medicine School at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (the 3rd best private university in Brazil by T.H.E.) where he implemented, besides other projects, the 1st Human Multi Tissue Bank in Brazil. Graduated in hospitals and business administration, with MBAs in hospital administration and strategic management, a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Health Sciences, the latter honoring him a national award at the HIS – Healthcare Innovation Show in the category Administrative and Financial Management in 2021, and his 20+ years of experience in Administrative and Financial Management, the last 10 years being dedicated solely to managing and developing high performance teams on PMBCS and Marist Group (+11k employees’ company), financial budgets, consistently identifying opportunities for better processes and savings, and driving best client care solutions, he is well known and versed on the Health care market. Gustavo believes in the construction of bridges of trust, enchantment culture for the internal and external client, people development and that all the company results come from an united, engaged and happy team.
