Omar Rios Raeder is a Senior Human Resources and Global Business Services executive with more than 28 years of professional experience in multinational companies, including The Estée Lauder Companies, The Coca-Cola Company, and Citibank, where he has held various leadership positions across Mexico and Latin America. Throughout his career, Omar has led organizations, operations, and large-scale transformation initiatives, developing Human Resources, Global Business Services, and Shared Services strategies focused on strengthening talent, culture, operational efficiency, and business performance. Omar spent much of his professional career with The Estée Lauder Companies, where he worked for more than 22 years. He initially served as Human Resources and General Services Director in Mexico City. From 2005 to 2017, he was Regional Vice President of Human Resources for Latin America, with responsibility for the Human Resources function across eight countries and an organization of more than 3,000 employees. In 2017, Omar was appointed Vice President & Site Lead of the Global Business Services Center in Panama, where he led the site's creation, development, and expansion. In this role, he established effective, efficient, and value-added services and processes supporting multiple functions across the organization. Under his leadership, the operation grew to more than 450 employees and a portfolio of over 150 services, supporting Human Resources, Finance, Commercial Services, Supply Chain, Legal, and Information Management. The organization also contributed to significant operational efficiencies and cumulative savings of more than US$250 million. Omar concluded his 22-year career with The Estée Lauder Companies in June 2025 and returned to Mexico to begin a new professional chapter. He subsequently worked as a consultant on a Human Resources transformation project for a global retail company, supporting organizational redesign, process optimization and standardization, service delivery models, organizational structure, and the evolution of the Human Resources operating model. Omar is currently developing Metamorf Advisory, his consulting firm focused on Human Resources, Executive Search, Global Business Services & Shared Services, organizational transformation, talent, culture, and Executive Coaching. Omar was born in Mexico City and holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. He also holds a Diploma in English for Business Communication from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
