The past two years have changed which skills GBS values in its leaders, and according to Sumit Mitra, things will change again over the next two years. Sumit is the CEO of GBS for Tesco and a member of SSON’s Global Advisory Board. Before Shared Services and Outsourcing Week begins on March 20th, SSON Digital spoke with Sumit about the future skillsets of a shared services leader.
