- The SSON Impact Awards is a globally recognized, annual industry awards ceremony, which honors and celebrates SSC and service delivery teams who have exceeded industry standards in their SS&O initiatives.

- Winners and runners-up can present their success stories at SSON events. Finalists choose from a list of events for max exposure.

Q: Where can I download the application forms?
A: Access forms via the award category links above or email Will.Thomae@ssonetwork.com.
Q: How do I submit the application forms?
A: Email them to Will.Thomae@ssonetwork.com following the instructions in the form.
Q: Is there any cost involved for awards submission?
A: No cost. All organizations are encouraged to apply.
Q: How many categories can I apply for?
A: Limit of three categories per company.
Q: How am I being judged?

Q: I am a Vendor; can I apply?
A: Yes, but you MUST include a named client unless applying for Technology or Service Provider of the Year.
Q: I'm a solution provider with shared services. Do I still need a client listed?
A: Yes. Contact Will.Thomae@ssonetwork.com for clarification.
Q: I am outside North America. Can I apply?
A: Yes, if your GBS/SSO services North America and has NA representation.
Q: What does SSON require if I'm a finalist?
A: Attend the gala on March 26th and prepare a 2-minute acceptance speech.
Q: When is the submission deadline?
A: Friday, January 24th, 2025. No extensions.
Q: How will I know if I’m a finalist?
A: Finalists will be announced February 27th via email and on SSON platforms.
Q: Can I get judge feedback?
A: No feedback or scores are provided to preserve fairness and privacy.
Q: Does my free ticket include the full SSOW conference?
A: No, only the Black-Tie Awards Gala. Conference sessions require separate registration.
Q: If I’m a finalist in multiple categories, do I get multiple tickets?
A: Only one gala ticket per company. Additional guests need to purchase tickets.
Q: Can I attend the Gala even if I'm not submitting?
A: Yes! Purchase a $249 ticket or a table for 10 for $2,500. Secure your spot here.
