The SSON Impact Awards is a globally recognized annual awards program honoring SSC and service delivery teams that have gone beyond industry standards in their shared services and outsourcing initiatives.
From automation and transformation to customer centricity and value creation, the awards spotlight the teams, leaders, and solutions delivering measurable results across the industry. Winners receive a trophy, well-earned bragging rights, and one complimentary pass to the black-tie Awards Gala.
Winners and runners-up also have the opportunity to share their success stories at SSON events, with finalists able to choose from a selection of events for added visibility. For more details email Will.Thomae@ssonetwork.com.
Awards applications are live until January 15th, 2027 and finalists will be announced on February 10th, 2027.

Q: How do I apply?
A: Complete your application from the list above and email it to Will.Thomae@ssonetwork.com.
Q: What are the important Impact Awards dates?
A: The application deadline closes January 15th, 2027, Finalists are announced on February 10th, 2027, and the Impact Awards Gala takes place on the night of March 10th, 2027 at SSOW.
Q: Is it free, and how many categories can I enter?
A: Yes. Entry is free, with a maximum of three categories per company.
Q: How are entries judged?
A: Judges assess your overview, strategy, methodology, results, and challenges overcome.
Q: Can vendors apply?
A: Yes. Entries outside Technology of the Year or Service Provider of the Year must name a client, including entries from solution providers with internal shared services teams.
Q: Can companies outside North America enter?
A: Yes, if your Shared Services or GBS operation serves North America and has regional representation.
Q: What do finalists need to know?
A: Finalists must attend the Black-Tie Awards Gala and prepare a two-minute acceptance speech. Companies unable to attend will be disqualified.
Q: Do finalists receive a free ticket?
A: Yes. Each finalist company receives one complimentary Gala ticket, regardless of the number of shortlisted entries. Conference access is not included.
Q: Can anyone attend the Gala?
A: Yes. Gala tickets are available separately. Book online.
Q: Can I edit my submission?
A: Yes, until the deadline. Send the revised version to Will.Thomae@ssonetwork.com.
Q: Can I reuse a previous entry?
A: Yes, for an ongoing initiative with meaningful new progress or results during the eligible period.
Q: Will I receive feedback?
A: No. Individual scores and feedback are kept confidential.
