This includes orchestration of data and merging from different sources or information systems. But it also requires a cultural shift and deeper understanding of human and machine collaboration to enable your organisation not only to understand the data but to interpret and use it. Reflect in this workshop on the WHY. Become clear on your goals and defining KPIs and metrics according to your needs not to your wishes.
