Steffen Brinkmann

Head of HR Germany Continental

Steffen Brinkmann was born in 1980 and studied business administration before starting his career in the Continental Group as personnel consultant at the Hanover Stöcken tyre factory. In 2007 he became assistant to the board in the personnel department under Thomas Sattelberger and subsequently spent 3 years in Chicago as personnel manager. After his return, he took over worldwide responsibility for human resources for hybrid and electric vehicle components before heading an organizational development project in the HR area. Between 2015 and 2018, he had been responsible for the Group's German HR. Since mid 2018 he is heading HR Operations of Continental, an international team with worldwide operating experts.
