Kapil is a strategic global leader with ~25 years of experience in setting up, leading and transforming large, complex and diverse businesses to deliver brilliant outcomes and long-term value for our customers, colleagues and stakeholders. He’s the Chair of India Management Group, apex decision making body for all BT units in India. Kapil also leads Group Business Services India operations, which is the largest amongst all BT units operating in India, in terms of employee strength. He’s part of BT’s board of directors in India and the executive sponsor for Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and talent development programmes. He is a Commerce graduate with a Sr. Management Programme from IIM Kolkata. Married, lives in Delhi and enjoys sports, travel, exercise and food.
