Tanmay currently leads a large, cross functional Business Shared Services at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd. He is now creating a Vs3.0 which is making it a “strategic enterprise enabler”. Prior to joining Coca-Cola 5 years back, Tanmay spent 14 years at operational and strategic levels in Unilever, & 6 years at Genpact where he led large teams globally & set up the Consumer Goods vertical. He is Passionately Curious, defies conventional wisdom & loves to commercialize & mentor new ideas in the start-up world. Driving sustainability – Net Zero and Plastic Waste Management is his newfound passion. Tanmay has been a distinguished speaker at various national and international forums in the area of Institutionalizing Analytics and Shared Services as a Strategic Enabler. He was nominated CFONext100 stars of tomorrow in 2020 and 2021 by the CFO forum and was also amongst the top25 “Digitalist” in the country
