With over 15 years’ experience in Business Services and Transformation, Jessica specializes in executing large-scale transformation initiatives and establishing Global Business Services (GBS) operations. Her work has taken her across multiple countries, including the Philippines, China, India, and Lithuania, where she has guided organizations in diverse industries such as Finance, Shipping and Logistics, and Medical Technology.

With a passion for organizational architecture and change management, Jessica has dedicated her career to merging traditional GBS constructs with evolving operating models, effectively bridging the gap between GBS governance and rapidly changing business environments.

In 2018, Jessica joined Dexcom to support the company's scaling initiatives. This role presented a unique challenge: balancing hyper-growth with large-scale organizational transformation.

Under Jessica’s leadership, Dexcom’s Global Business Services has grown to over 2,500 dedicated professionals across both the Philippines and Lithuania. The GBS organization caters to various functions: Finance, Customer Support, IT, Commercial, Marketing, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing and Corporate Services. Furthermore, establishing internal Centers of Excellence for Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Program Management, and Robotics will augment Dexcom’s operational capabilities. In April 2025, Jessica expanded her leadership scope to include the Global Technical Support organization, in addition to her ongoing responsibilities within GBS.
