Marc brings over 16 years of experience in leading large-scale transformations of global business services (GBS) at multinational companies including Sodexo, Nokia, and Alcatel-Lucent. Throughout his career, he has driven complex transitions, process harmonization, vendor governance, and the deployment of automation technologies in shared service environments. Currently completing an Executive MBA in AI and Data Innovation, Marc now focuses on integrating advanced AI capabilities into the GBS operating model. His hybrid expertise – combining deep operational understanding with recent technical upskilling – uniquely positions him to explore the reinvention of shared services through intelligent automation.
