Mitar Mrdic is a finance professional with extensive experience in commercial finance, risk management, financial transformation, corporate governance, and business process optimisation. Currently serving as the National Financial Director & Co-Managing Director at Kuehne + Nagel Czech Republic, he has held various global, regional and national leadership roles within the company. His expertise spans finance process design, shared services, automation, hyper scaling and change management, with a track record of driving efficiency, cost control, and productivity improvements. Mitar holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and a Lean Six Sigma certification.
