An accomplished finance leader with extensive experience in business and shared service organizations. Currently, he serves as the Head of Operational Excellence at HEINEKEN Global Shared Services, where he leads automation, continuous process improvement, service management and process expertise initiatives across organization. He also drives global product teams that support Finance & Procurement transactional processes worldwide.

In his previous roles, Piotr was responsible for FP&A processes in the Europe region at HEINEKEN, where he established the FP&A Center of Expertise in Poland and transformed the function into a data-driven and business-partnering organization. With over 15 years of experience in financial and business controlling and treasury, Piotr has a proven track record of optimizing and standardizing operational processes. He excels in strategic leadership, team and talent management, and has a passion for continuous improvement.
