With nearly 20 years of experience across the HR spectrum, Rapha Thelemaque currently leads Pearson’s HR Shared Services and in-country HR delivery teams globally.
Her journey spans payroll, employee relations, benefits, HR project management, and leadership roles at regional and global levels. She previously led Benefits Delivery for EMEA and later EMEA & APAC, before joining Pearson in 2023 to head the global “Country Care” function. In 2024, she took on the broader role of Head of HR Shared Services.
Rapha is passionate about operational excellence, but always with a human lens. She brings deep expertise in organizational design, business architecture, and service optimization—and is now actively embedding AI into core HR processes to future-proof the function. Her pragmatic and people-first approach to transformation makes her a go-to voice in the evolution of HR-as-a-Service.
