Asheesh Mehra, is one of the two leading names behind the success of AntWorks today. As the Chief Executive (Everything) Officer of the company, he has brought about a great impact upon the organization with his forward thinking and quick decision-making qualities. His belief in Artificial Intelligence-led technology solutions has led him to take up his present role.

Given his dynamic personality, Asheesh has been on the forefront of all sorts of outsourcing projects, which included heading Infosys BPO in the Asia Pacific, Japan and the Middle East regions. He took both organic and inorganic routes with two delivery centres in the Philippines and three in China to expand the business for Infosys BPO. This helped him become an outsourcing expert in a time span of 20 years. He has cross-industry experience from nations such as APAC, Japan, UK, USA, the Middle East and Australia. 

Prior to boarding the entrepreneurial ship, Asheesh has worked with large ITeS organizations such as Mphasis, TCS and WNS in various leadership roles. His expertise and passion got him recognized by the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON), which awarded him the ‘People’s Choice for Personal Contribution to Industry – APAC’ Award in 2011 and ‘Thought Leader of the Year – Asia’ Award in 2010.

For his business, Asheesh has a simple vision – “Reimagine IT”.  He believes that the future of the business and by extension, the future of many fundamental things in our lives, will be shaped by leaders and organisations who apply Artificial Intelligence intelligently.
