How many applications can be submitted by one organisation?

You can send 1 application for each category, and a maximum of 12 applications for all 12 categories. The applications for each category will be reviewed independently by our panel of judges.

Is there any cost involved for awards submission?

There is no cost, or prerequisite requirements to apply for the awards.

If I have been shortlisted for an award, can I get a free pass to SSOW Asia 2026?

SSOW Asia is a premium ticketed conference, and a separate delegate pass is required to access the conference, regardless of shortlist status.

How much is the ticket to attend SSOW Asia 2026?

How many winners will there be? How do you decide how many shortlisted organisations there are per category?

For each category, we will select Gold, Silver and Bronze winners, followed by Honourary Mention winners. If scores are very close, more organisations may be shortlisted accordingly.

I want to know if I will win before I decide if I want to attend. Can you let me know? Do I have to be there?

All winners will ONLY be announced at the ceremony on 21 October 2026. A representative must be present at the SSON Impact Awards Asia to be eligible to win.

Shortlisting does not guarantee winning; however, attending improves your eligibility.

Who decided on the shortlisted finalists?

Our panel of judges are senior SSO & GBS leaders. Each category has a minimum of 2 judges to ensure fairness.

SSON Asia maintains complete neutrality and has no affiliation with any submissions.

Do I need to attend the SSON Impact Awards Asia dinner if my company is shortlisted, and is there a cost involved?

Yes, attendance is mandatory for shortlisted companies. Pricing details will be provided. Presence is required for eligibility and networking.
