Feldatun is an accomplished HR professional who has spent over 25 years with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), Southeast Asia's largest publicly listed electricity company. Since 2004, she has taken up and led several critical roles in Group HR, including Organisational Redesign Process & Optimisation, Transformation Programs & Project Management, HR Strategy & Planning, and HR Management & Operation. In 2015/2016, Feldatun was instrumental in TNB's Value Unlocking Program (VUP), a significant transformation program that has shaped TNB. Due to her contributions, she received a certificate of recognition as the Most Highly Driven PMO and was entrusted with leading the role of Head, Org. Design & Workforce Planning. In 2018, she became Project Director/PMO at TNB Global Business Solutions. She was responsible for bringing together and mobilising more than 1,100 staff and executing shared service operations under one roof. In 2020, she led Project Needle as the Lead Reorganisation, which restructured TNB's power generation and retail businesses by forming two wholly owned subsidiaries.

Currently, Feldatun is the Head (Strategy & Transformation) at TNB Global Business Solution (TGBS), where one of her core missions is to shape and drive its strategy to position TGBS as the preferred one-stop centre shared service provider geared towards becoming a revenue generator for TNB. Feldatun has also contributed significantly to society by inspiring students at the University of Malaya in 2021 and sharing her expertise at the Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI) in March 2022. In addition, she is currently enrolled in the Asia School of Business (ASB) to upskill herself. Feldatun has been appointed as a member of the Steering Committee for TNB Reskilling Malaysia and co-Chairperson and co-Project Director for the TNB Covid-19 Vaccine Management Task Force. She also led a task force that supported and assisted TNB staff affected by the unprecedented flood in Selangor at the end of 2021 and early 2022. Moreover, she has led the execution of TNB Ways of Working (TWoW) - the new Flexible Working Arrangement as one of the Steering Committee members, a pivotal transformation journey for TNB in facing the pandemic embracing digitalisation.
