Raghu is a senior leader in Unilever Supply Chain(Procurement) and Finance Transformation Team. In this role, he leads the creation of a synchronized strategy and landing of differentiated Digital capabilities in Supply Chain and Finance. He is passionate about people development and an Inclusion and Diversity champion in Unilever. Prior to his current role , Raghu has held several leadership positions within Unilever including leading Procurement center of excellence. Before Unilever, Raghu has worked in senior leadership roles for Capgemini and Hewlett Packard across both Technology , Consulting and CPG industry. Expertise in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance (PTP OTC RTR HTR FTD (Forecast to Deploy) ,M&A , Treasury & Advanced Analytics . Executive with vast experience in world class organizations, managing cross-functional, multi-cultural teams and influencing change across geographies. Raghu holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from TAPMI. He loves travelling and has lived across many countries.
