Adam serves as Roivant’s Head of Real Estate, Workplace, and Facilities, having previously spent nearly 15 years working as an advisor to corporate real estate occupiers and building owners and investors on location intelligence & site selection, real estate and occupancy strategy, and workplace experience. Professionally he is passionate about using tangible data to help organizations make better informed, more confident real estate decisions, influencing how space is occupied, managed, and used. Prior to joining Roivant, Adam headed the Global Consulting practice at HOK, the architecture, interiors and planning firm, leading a team of distributed specialists delivering workplace strategy and change management for Fortune 500 clients. His past experience also includes time within the real estate industry, with real estate services firms Transwestern and CBRE, focused on real estate portfolio planning, occupancy strategy, workplace measurement, and change management. And, when he’s not doing any of that, you can find him tending the pumpkin & eggplant in his garden, with his wife and two daughters, in Larchmont, NY. Adam earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and a Masters in Urban Planning from Hunter College.
