Allison Ballard is the Vice President and Executive Director for 4SITE by CORT, A Berkshire Hathaway Company. Allison has been working with corporate office occupiers to get the most out of the workplace for over 25 years. She is a member of the editorial advisory board for workplace at Propmodo, a certified practitioner of Predictive Index, a longtime member of the International Facilities Management Association, International Society of Female Professionals and is a 10-time President’s Excellence Award recipient. Allison has a BS from Pepperdine University, two grown children and resides in Carlsbad, CA.
