Eduardo Correa has 10+year professional in the world of hospitality and people operations. He has worked alongside the many people who have “worked while others played”-providing a service and experience. He has helped in leading teams with diverse backgrounds and cultures spanning from Vietnam, India, Nigeria, Central America, Dominican Republic, and Mexico-typically first and second generation citizens. Understanding who our people are and celebrating them for their uniqueness has always been a philosophy he has stood by. Cultivating a work culture of acceptance and authenticity derives from his upbringing in a household of 7 siblings and parents who created a rich environment filled with togetherness. In a home where different personalities and opinions intersected there was always a high level of understanding and openness to different ideas and ways of life. To this day Eduardo carries these values with him and implements them in every aspect of his life-especially in his newly founded role as the Talent Acquisition Manager with Raindrop Agency. It has been in this role where he has taken the notion of People First and has implemented it in his Hiring Structure. This structure is fortified by the philosophy of Candidate First-where equitable practices are used to provide everyone a chance in speaking to their truth and to their experience and how it can add to the growing organization.
