Jonathan Johnson

Director of Workplace Operations Guild Education

Jonathan Johnson is a workplace experience and commercial real estate professional with over 15 years of international experience in the built environment specializing in scaling hyper-growth start-up portfolios. He got his start in the built environment with the United States Air Force as a member of the 1st Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron and he’s held positions at companies such as AdColony, Bolt Threads, Flexport, and Sirius XM + Pandora. He is currently the Director of Workplace Operations at Guild Education. He received his MSc in Facilities and Environmental Management at University College London where he wrote his MSc dissertation on the power of the physical environment on recruitment in the tech space.
