The progression of my Latham career over the past 12 years has been transformative because of our culture of collaboration and mutual respect. I began as a financial analyst in Los Angeles, welcomed opportunities to grow and learn, and then jumped at the offer to take a leading role on the launch of a new Latham office in Manchester, England. That led me to explore new ideas about our offices and real estate. When new opportunities opened up in the firm’s real estate department, again I jumped at the chance to learn and grow. Now, as Chief Real Estate Officer I am able to travel for work in ways that have opened up the world for me, while I help innovate the ways in which we build and use our offices as we grow and change — something I hadn’t expected when I first sat at my desk in Los Angeles.
