Trey Greenwood, PHR is the Director of the Human Resources Service Center at Texas Health, bringing over 20 years of experience in HR operations and strategic leadership. In his current role, he leads the design and implementation of innovative processes within HR Shared Services, with a focus on automation and self-service solutions. Trey played a key role in building and launching the HR Service Center and continues to drive initiatives that enhance support for employees and leaders. His expertise in HR operations fuels his commitment to building scalable, workforce-centered solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University.
