Dhru is a Technology Innovation Executive and Advisor. Dhru served as the Head of Intelligent Automation COE and the Generative AI Operations for AT&T and it’s affiliates. Dhru’s responsibilities included AT&T's robotics program and automation investments strategy for multiple years. Dhru is driving several organizations through an enterprise-wide implementation of artificial intelligence & advanced cognitive solutions with generative Al and intelligent automations. Dhru began his career with AT&T in 1996 and has held various positions in Customer Service, Network Engineering, Research, Sales and Technical Marketing. Prior to this role, he served as Director Strategy Planning for Platform Investments with responsibility for over $450M in investments. He also served as Director of Innovation and led the creation of new products and services as part of AT&T's largest global bid at the time. He has also served as General Manager of various managed services engagements. Dhru is a seasoned expert in creating and scaling organizations to offer new products and services. Dhru sits on several board of directors for national non-profit charities. He has received multiple Presidential Volunteer Service Awards and is part of the National Disaster Recovery team. He resides in Dallas and his daughter, Puja, is a pediatrician in Los Angeles, California.
