Jose Ricardo Paz is a Honduran Citizen born and raised of Honduras parents with a huge love for animals and helping others he first wanted to become a vet but decided to become a psychologist, ultimately, he decided to specialize in Industrial Psychology. During his last year in college, he had the opportunity to work for a construction company with operations in Honduras and after a few months in the company, operations were opened in Nicaragua and Guatemala. Jose started his career in the BPO/CC industry in 2014 working as an HR Assistant for a Honduran CC working with both nation and international clients he initiated a career his career in the Talent Acquisition, engagement, and development. After working with different international Call Centers, he decided to found Startups BPO an outsourcing partner for companies in Central America committed to offering innovative solutions to day to day situations. These solutions will from staffing to payroll management to operational advisory or marketing and advertising strategies. His main goal was always to help business owners from small and medium companies to focus on their main goal which was to make their companies grow. Jose formed a freelancing team from different industries specialized in different fields such marketing, advertising, business development, customer experience, call center operations, talent development and others. In 2021 he decided to expand his services offering different services in customer experience, technical support, sales, translation, and interpretation (Over the Phone and Video Remote) to USA and Canadian companies turning Startups BPO into a Contact Center. With 8 years in the industry of outsourcing and call center Jose builds the first wfh contact center allowing him to offer excellent price point while keeping the quality in candidates and having better benefits and wages with a work environment and culture that helps him retain talent. Fun Fact: Has been to the United States many times and has never tried Starbucks.
