Throughout her career, Natalie has built and scaled global business services organizations across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC, leading large multicultural teams and complex finance operations in areas such as FP&A, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, compliance, and outsourced service delivery. She is recognized for driving transformation, strengthening financial controls, optimizing working capital, and aligning finance strategy with business priorities. Natalie holds an MBA in Finance, a Master’s degree in Risk Management with top honors, and executive leadership certifications from INCAE and John Maxwell.
