Oliver Diehm, a graduated industrial engineer, has worked his whole life in the automotive supplier industry. Passionately he has been working to improve the performance of controlling and administrative functions. To achieve this, unlike other commercial managers, his focus has always been on the people he was working with. Oliver worked successfully on 4 continents and is currently building up the Brose Business Service Center in Mexico. This service center, depending on the function, has regional or global responsibilities for the Brose Group. Oliver believes that understanding cultural diversity is a key success factor in international cooperation. You cannot be successful without understanding your colleagues, and you cannot understand them if you are not taking their cultural background into consideration.
