Amber Kempton

Amber Kempton is Senior Vice President, Enterprise Business Operations-Quote to Cash at CDW. Amber has over 20 years of experience in driving and leading transformation of processes, teams, and outcomes while creating multi-million $ savings, revenue generation, and improved team culture and employee satisfaction. Amber currently leads the newly formed EBO-QTC team, overseeing Accounts Receivable, Credit, Pricing, Customer Service, Service Operations, Cloud Operations, and Renewal Operations teams. She is focused on leading the QTC team in driving measurable outcome improvements, investing in coworker development, improving customer experience, executing process improvements, implementing automation and digital tools, and applying leading practices for end-to-end process transformation. Prior to joining CDW in 2023, Amber held various leadership roles at Cardinal Health in Dublin, OH for over 17 years. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Global Finance Shared Services where she led a global team supporting Accounts Receivable (Cash application, Collections, Credit, Invoicing) and Contract Management (Pricing Execution, Pricing Research, Customer Rebates, Supplier Chargebacks).
