Ben Faircloth is Senior Director of AI Solutions at Seekr, where he leads AI solution strategy and field execution for SeekrFlow, Seekr's agentic AI operating system. He works with enterprise and public sector teams to move from AI pilots to trusted production deployments, with a focus on agentic workflows, retrieval, and explainability. Ben brings experience across product leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on AI implementation, including prior work at Databricks supporting public sector data and AI initiatives. He holds an M.S. in Data Science from Northwestern University and speaks on practical, production-ready AI adoption.
