For more than 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of process, technology, and people—helping large, complex organizations turn fragmentation into clarity and friction into flow. My career began deep in the details of finance operations, where I learned firsthand how broken processes slow teams down, frustrate customers, and quietly erode trust. That experience shaped how I lead today: transformation only matters if it makes work easier, decisions clearer, and outcomes better for the people doing the work. As my scope expanded into global shared services and enterprise transformation, I became known for translating strategy into execution—whether that meant standing up a Global Center of Excellence, leading large-scale SAP and ERP programs, or deploying automation, AI, and process mining at scale. The results matter—millions in savings, faster closes, higher satisfaction—but what I care most about is building systems that last: clear governance, meaningful KPIs, and teams empowered to continuously improve long after a project ends. I partner closely with C-suite leaders, Global Process Owners, and IT to align end-to-end operations with business growth, service quality, and resilience. I’m often brought in when the challenge is complex, cross-functional, or global—because I bring structure, momentum, and a calm, data-driven approach to change. At the core, my work is about this: helping organizations scale without losing control, and helping teams succeed without burning out.
