Cara Herrick is Global Head of GBS GTM at ServiceNow. She joined ServiceNow following a fourteen-year career at a global consumer goods company where she held various roles leading HR and GBS service delivery and strategy. In her current role, she leads a team of GBS Executive Advisors, who consult with organizations seeking to optimize GBS and shared services. Cara holds a Master's degree in HR from Cornell University and is interested in the intersection of people, process and technology.
