He is responsible for enterprise cash performance, DSO management, and Customer-to-Cash process alignment across a high-volume, multi-region portfolio. Chris serves as the lead administrator of Sidetrade at USS, overseeing system configuration, analytics, reporting governance, and operational alignment. He partners cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Sales, and Operations to ensure the platform supports real-world workflows and drives measurable portfolio performance.
