Craig leads Roche Diagnostics’ Finance Shared Service Center of the Americas in Indianapolis, IN. Craig started his career journey as an active duty officer in the United States Army retiring after 24 years of service in 2015. Some of his roles while serving in the Army were: Platoon Leader, Detachment Commander, Battalion Commander, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, and Director, Finance & Accounting Oversight & Field Operations. Craig started the second chapter of his career with Roche Diagnostics, a world leader in Bio-tech products, in 2015 as a Finance Manager. In 2018, Craig was named Director of the Finance Shared Services of the Americas supporting 41 Roche affiliates throughout the Western Hemisphere. A recent decision to move operations to San Jose, Costa Rica has provided a unique opportunity to yet again lead an organization through adversity with a keen focus on employee engagement and development. Craig’s insights and lessons learned through this transition will be helpful for any Shared Services organization undergoing change.
