Dinand specializes in turning AI ambition into operational reality. His current work centers on architecting multi-agent systems for complex enterprise processes including large-scale order-to-cash (OTC) automation and supply chain optimization initiatives that span millions of transactions annually. Dinand's approach emphasizes value-led transformation by identifying where (agentic) AI delivers measurable business outcomes, rather than chasing technology for its own sake. Before his current role, Dinand built deep expertise in data strategy and analytics, leading enterprise transformation programs that bridge technical implementation with strategic business objectives. He works closely with global teams across North America, Europe, and India to scale AI capabilities for clients navigating the shift from pilot projects to production-grade AI operations.
