Julian Hooks is Vice President, Global Services Operations & Procurement at Johnson & Johnson. Leadership of the Global Services Operations organization includes oversight for the global GS site strategy, GS contact center and GS business process outsourcing relationships. Also under Julian’s leadership is Global Services Procurement whose teams deliver exceptional experience for our suppliers and employees, delivering benchmark costs, value delivery, and compliance through running sourcing events, building contracts & purchase orders, managing payments, and creating data insights. Julian brings over 25 years of experience across a broad range of regions, sectors, and functions, including roles as the Chief Procurement Officer, Corporate and Global Chief Procurement Officer for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health and Consumer Medical Device Companies. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Julian worked for Mars Inc. across a broad range of functions and in different countries including as a Marketing Brand Manager, a Sales Operations role and in Supply Chain as manager of a large pet care factory. This end-to-end business experience was the perfect platform to start an exciting career. Julian holds a 1st Class Chemistry Honors Degree from York University, UK. Julian now lives in Pennington, New Jersey with his wife, dog and two college age kids.
