Strategy and Solutions Leader Cargill Business Services

Karen has more than two decades of IT and shared services experience. Before joining CBS, she was the head of Quality and Process for Cargill’s IT group and was the North American leader for Cargill’s transition of IT infrastructure to a managed services provider. She has worked across the IT spectrum during her career, from vendor management and merger/acquisition capabilities to both application and infrastructure support and delivery capabilities.

Karen is active in the community, serving at numerous non-profit organizations, including Boy Scouts of America. Karen also is a champion for STEM education and opportunities for women including serving as a mentor through various organizations such as Menttium.

She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and an MBA with a Finance concentration.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys running, golf, and cheering on her boys at their sporting and other extra-curricular activities.
