Libertad is the Senior Director of People & Culture for Mexico and Panama, leading the full talent and organizational strategy for both the local business and the Mexico Capability Center. Since joining WBD in 2021, she has focused on shaping and executing the People & Culture strategy in Mexico, supporting the organization’s accelerated expansion by driving workforce planning, leadership development, organizational design, and cultural transformation. Previously, she served as P&C Lead for Discovery Mexico and held key roles at Hershey’s and Philip Morris across Labor Relations, Talent Management, and International Assignments.
