Lisa Ann Cox is a global finance transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding multinational organizations through complex operational, digital, and ERP-enabled change. As Senior Director of Business Transformation for Finance Shared Services & ERP Record-to-Report Process Ownership at Xylem, she leads enterprise-wide efforts to simplify, standardize, and automate financial processes, enabling scalable growth and stronger governance. Prior to Xylem, Lisa has built and led global PMOs, delivered cross-functional transformation portfolios exceeding $200M in impact, and partnered across regions to advance shared services, operating model redesigns, and end-to-end process optimization. Her international experience – including a two-year assignment in Copenhagen – shapes her practical, people-centered approach to global change. Lisa is known for translating complex transformation challenges into clear, actionable insights that help organizations improve performance, elevate process maturity, and lead with confidence through change.
