VP Business Transformation Well Health Technologies

Robert leads the Business Transformation team at WELL Health Technologies, one of Canada’s largest healthcare providers. He has over 20 years' experience leading transformation initiatives across multiple industries and geographies, with a focus on Shared Services and GBS, including work with both the Canadian and Australian governments while in the finance transformation practice at Deloitte. In 2016 he led Canadian Blood Services through the transformation of their multi-function integrated HR, Payroll, and Finance Shared Services team. In 2018 he took on a new role as Associate Vice President, Continuous Improvement at Canadian Tire, leading transformation and automation activities across the Finance function. In 2021 he joined Accenture with a focus on growing the finance transformation consulting team and built the AI Centre of Excellence for Finance Transformation in Canada.
