Sudesh Jain leads the Finance & Accounts Capability Center (Finance – GCC) at the Adani Group, enabling world-class financial operations across a wide spectrum of the Group’s businesses, including Power Generation, Transmission, Distribution, Solar Manufacturing, Data Centers, Airports, Ports & Logistics, Gas Distribution, Cement, and Real Estate. In his role, he drives large-scale, technology-enabled transformation programs that strengthen financial governance, operational efficiency, and business impact across the enterprise. A qualified Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of multi-industry experience, Sudesh has built deep expertise in designing and executing finance transformation strategies. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and an Advanced RPA Professional, bringing a strong combination of process excellence and digital innovation to his leadership approach. Known for his commitment to continuous improvement and capability building, Sudesh has been instrumental in shaping future-ready financial ecosystems that emphasize automation, analytics, assurance, and standardization.
